A majority of officers of Resident Council of Spring Terrace requested a special membership meeting to be held Monday, May 19th, 2008 in the third floor lounge. We posted notices on the Resident Council bulletin board and in the common areas of the property.
All regular and special meetings are open to the public, pursuant to Article VI, Section 1 of the Bylaws of Resident Council of Spring Terrace Association, a Texas Nonprofit Association, as amended.
