Austin Tenants’ Council has created and made available for Spring Terrace tenants a form to request a keyless bolting device on their apartment door. Anyone requesting a keyless bolting device should print, complete and either return to management by certified mail or have a witness sign it when you deposit it at the front desk.
A keyless bolting device is defined as a lock that can be operated only from the interior side of the door and cannot be operated from the exterior side of the door. Currently, Spring Terrace employs a keycard system typically used for hotel accommodations and which can be opened from the outside with a master key.
If you need assistance in completing or certifying your request, please contact Austin Tenants’ Council at (512) 474-1961 or visit their office at 1640-B East Second Street, Suite 150, Austin, Texas 78704. Their website is http://www.housing-rights.org/.

To be in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, a covered multifamily dwelling must meet seven basic design and construction requirements. We are enclosing an Accessibility Questionnaire to help us determine if there are any accessibility obstacles at the Spring Terrace property.
We ask that you complete this survey and turn it in to a Resident Council officer or that you bring it to our Special Meeting on Tuesday, June 3rd 2008.
